What is your shipping policy?

Most items ship within 24 hours, but some items may take up to 48 hours to ship.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Flat $7.99 economy/ground shipping for your entire order!  All orders will be shipped in the most efficient manner allowing for an estimated delivery time frame of 5 - 7 business days within the contiguous U.S.  Delivery times for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands may exceed this estimate.

Flat $14.99 for express (arrives within 2 – 3 business days) shipping!  Express shipping is not available for order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sorry…We do not ship internationally at this time. 

Do you accept returns?

We thoroughly inspect all of our merchandise (whether pre-owned or new) for product quality, and we guaranteed each piece to be in excellent condition for the age and type of item.  Unless otherwise disclosed, we guarantee all pre-owned items to be free of chips, cracks, and excessive wear.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping.  The following conditions apply:

·       Contact us at hello@nightingalesupply.co to let us know the reason for the return within: 3 days of delivery. 

·       Ship the unused, unworn item back within 7 days of delivery to:

·       The item must be returned in its original, unused/unworn condition. If the item has been used, we reserve the right to deny the return. 

·       Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not refund original shipping costs.

·       Nightingale Supply Co. is not responsible for lost returns.  Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

REFUND PROCESS

Returns are normally processed within 7 - 14 days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original method of payment.  Please be aware that it could take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be applied to your bank account.

Jewelry Disclaimer

The majority of the jewelry we sell are pre-owned estate, vintage, and used pieces and may contain minor markings/imperfections throughout.  We are not jewelry experts or appraisers.  All items are described as accurately as possible.  All weights and measurements are estimated and approximate.  We rely on the hallmarks located on the jewelry as well as information provided by the parties we purchase our items from.  In addition, many of the pieces have been inspected by a jeweler and confirmed to be authentic and as described.  All diamond jewelry has been tested using a presidium gem tester which does not distinguish between natural and synthetic gems.  Nightingale Supply Co. makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to an item’s quality or condition.
